Is it normal that when you rebuild the regime of the day

Is it normal that when you rebuild the regime of the day, are you tormented by increased fatigue and drowsiness during this period?
I began to observe the standard regime of the day, and I doubt that the body will get used to this, and after some time we can have a stable daily routine, stop feeling very tired and panic (unfortunately I have it right now), when you understand that before leaving I’m not sleeping soon. Is it worth it to torture the body, and get up in the morning (9 a.m.), and go to bed (1 a.m.) to be sure that in the end, after some time (~ 2-3 weeks), it will get used to it daily routine?
