The FPS problem is fixed at 2 in the menu and in the game the same thing. Werth. Sync is turned off in the Nvidia panel. I watched a man with such a PC configuration, the game is going on as well. Who knows why this is, and whether it can be solved without upgrading the PC.
P.s drivers are new everywhere. I reinstalled the game 3 times.
