Questions to the doctors

I despaired. Questions to the doctors.
Already asked a similar question. But I’ll try one more time.
Already 2.5 years I have been dizzy. Whenever I wobble, I literally keep my feet on the asphalt or floor. The head has a feeling of contraction, lays ears.
Brain MRI is normal, blood tests are normal, heart is normal, pressure is normal.
Does it make sense to bridle the neck and head?
I think the problem is still in the spine (neck).

All right, ultrasound of the vessels of the head and neck needs to be done.

Didn’t they turn to Laura? After all, there may still be neuronitis and other vestibular disorders - Meniere's disease, for example ....

Maybe this is vegetative-vascular dystonia?
But I'm not a doctor. I’m just guessing, because a relative had similar symptoms.
It is better to consult a therapist in a clinic and go to him through "I do not want". Perhaps he will more accurately tell you what other tests you need to pass. And it’s not very productive to take all the tests in a row at random.

Go to real doctors, not to couch advisers from the Internet.
