when entering the word and trying to write the text it says "this command is not available

need help with microsoft office

problem with microsoft office. when entering the word and trying to write the text it says "this command is not available because the document is locked for editing" (when entering other office programs, namely Excel Point doesn’t allow you to write or edit anything)! please tell me if I don’t have a windows xp disk, the professional version for restarting the office program can I somehow find this Microsoft office program on the Internet and remove it from my computer again to install it to work properly or do I need to reinstall all windows?
