Is jvs smart tv, Samsung smart tv,Sony, Toshiba, Kenwood,Philips smart tv, worth taking?
I choose an inexpensive telly 32 inches. Thousand to 17-18. For this money there are budget models of skis, samsungs, but completely empty. But for the same money, you can take jvs, Philips, and already the filling will be better (smart TV for example). So phillips is understandable, but is it worth trusting jvs (they have good radio tape recorders, etc., but tellys ????)

If you want to save on price, you can choose.
If you do not want to regret that you saved on quality, then no.
JVC / Japan Victor Company / JVC, this brand was well known to Soviet buyers who could afford to buy "real Japan" in the late 80s and early 90s: any equipment under this name was above average quality.
But the golden times of the (best) home appliance manufacturers were coming to an end, so after the 2000s there were almost no “clean” brands on the market - none of the celebrities such as Grundig, Thomson, Philips, Sony, Toshiba and many others are what happened before ...
Today JVC is not represented in our market. Like Kenwood Electronics (not to be confused with the "American", which produces kitchen appliances). “Cool” / famous names are used to attract “simple” buyers who do not monitor the situation on the household goods markets, but look for “better and cheaper”, not realizing that it is practically impossible to combine these two opposite definitions in one product - why buy expensive product, if exactly the same is cheap? ...
It's like gold and gilding - it looks similar, but when used it will have a different result ...
However, you can choose "little-known" manufacturers (they successfully copy the technology of the "senior" companies), but their base of components is of a low level (the marriage among their products is very large). Therefore, the quality strictly depends on each specific sample - if you are lucky, you will get a cheap television receiver that works normally or, at least, does not junk much ...
And if you connect it to digital television broadcasts (best of all, this is HDTV / HDTV, then you won’t even see the big difference between the pictures on expensive TV ...
As for Smart TV, which is just an application inside the TV, even a “simple” TV set with the corresponding connector can be made “smart” if you buy a set-top box.

Now all the equipment is not much different from each other, except for the name.
And the JVC company no longer exists. It was consumed by Kenwood (JVC KENWOOD Corporation). What "Chinese" are now producing TVs under the brand name JVC, we do not know. Therefore, choosing a telly by a loud name in the past is somehow silly. Now everything is the same junk
