In 7zip there is a setting with a similar name, but it does not work - all temporary files are extracted exclusively to the% temp% folder. why change it?

2 options:

♦ there is no space on the system disk (not my case).

♦ prohibit the launch of executable files (exe, com, bat, js ...) through group policies. So that a person, having downloaded the archive from the mail with the encryptor, could not start it. The ban on launching files from the Downloads folder is easy to do, and it is unreasonable to block the entire% temp% folder (no browsers, etc. will be able to update automatically).
