STDU Viewer is free to view various file formats. The purpose of this program is to replace multiple document viewers with no single simple application. STDU Viewer supports TIFF, PDF, DjVu, XPS, JBIG2, WWF document formats. These are the most popular formats for scientific and technical documentation.

In addition, STDU Viewer supports FB2, TXT, Comic Archive (CBR or CBZ), TCR, PalmDoc (PDB), MOBI, AZW, DCX and Images (BMP, PCX, JPEG, GIF, PNG, WMF, EMF, PSD) files.

STDU Viewer was equipped with a multilingual interface. You can currently select English, Russian or French. It is possible to translate the STDU Viewer interface into your language by changing the strings in an XML external resource.

STDU Viewer has a modern tabbed interface and all the standard functions for this kind of application (thumnail view, page rotation, search by text layer, etc.). STDU Viewer also has some advanced features, such as: exporting a page or part of a page to a graphic file, creating your own bookmarks, setting actions for the screen tap, and several others.

If a document supports a text layer (TXT, TCR, PDB, FB2, PDF, XPS, MOBI, AZW or Djvu files), then STDU Viewer allows you to export text from this type of document to a file. You can export all text from a document or text from some individual pages.

You can use STDU Viewer as a converter from DjVu format and PDF files to a set of image files (BMP, GIF, PNG, etc.) that represent pages of the original document
