Blocked access to one folder for all users, how to open or delete?
properties-security-change-add-additional-search-select your user -click ok two times, then apply and ok and try to delete or open your folder. So it goes.
Delete folder- Unlocker put. You can also rename with it and rewrite
or come from Linux or WinPE
